Drawing from her personal experience and training, she founded Revive and Thrive to provide specialized strength training, nutrition coaching and education for women navigating this life stage. With a holistic approach, she helps her clients manage symptoms, optimize health, develop sustainable habits and embrace a new chapter of vitality. Her mission is to inspire women to take control of their well-being and thrive during their menopause journey and beyond.
